PRINCE ALBERT URBAN COUNCIL BY-ELECTION

Be advised that a re-count was completed on Thursday, April 28th, 2011 at the PAGC Main Boardroom as a result of a request by one of the urban candidates who was within his/her right as per the Act 1994, Section 10 (19)(b). Upon the completion of the re-count, the results were as follows:

Therefore, under Section 14 (1) (b) In the event of a tie after recount between candidates, a by-election shall be called only for the candidates involved. Only George Michel and Kenny McCallum will be on the ballot.

The by-election shall take place on Wednesday, May 18th from 9 am until 8 pm in Saskatoon and Prince Albert at the following addresses;

Prince Albert – PAGC Main Boardroom
2300 9th Ave. West. (306) 953-7200

Only urban members are eligible to vote in this by-election. If you voted in Saskatoon and Prince Albert on April 7 and 14, or are an urban member who didn't previously vote, you are still eligible to participate in this by-election.
